The Chamber can help you build connections with the future of our workforce and educational institutions in the area.

Many of the region’s universities are part of the Chamber membership. The Chamber supports their work to expand innovation and technology education offerings, including George Mason’s Institute for Digital InnovAtion, Marymount’s School of Business and Technology, and Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus.
The Chamber’s membership includes both public and private K-12 schools.
Our annual Job Shadow Day provides an opportunity to showcase businesses to high school sophomores who visit with member businesses and learn about the skills needed to succeed in their offices.
Arlington Public Schools actively participates in the Chamber’s events, programs, and committee meetings, including having a permanent liaison on the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
Our monthly Education and Workforce Development Committee is open to all Chamber members and works to foster relationships between education and business.
The Chamber’s President & CEO serves on the Alexandria/Arlington Regional Workforce Council and Arlington Public Schools Superintendent’s Executive Advisory Board.
The Chamber has a designated seat on the Arlington Public Schools Advisory Council on Instruction.
