Are you interested in expanding your network and generating referrals? LeadShare provides introductions and warm referrals to member businesses and business leaders within the Arlington community. The group meets to build relationships, share best business practices, and discuss types of clients and opportunities members are targeting. There are many benefits to joining LeadShare including building your speaking skills, being supported by other businesses in the community, and having access to resources to help you and your business grow!
Provided as a free member benefit of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, any member is eligible to participate in LeadShare. However, participation in the group will ultimately be limited to one vertical industry per member. The Chamber maintains a waiting list for additional interest.

General Guidelines
If you are interested in learning more about the group or are interested in joining, contact our Vice President of Membership, Mike Rosenow at [email protected] or 703-525-2400.
- Group members must be current Chamber members in good standing.
- Group members may only represent one business per business category or vertical.
- Group members can only have one representative in one of the groups.
- Group members must submit at least two “warm leads” per quarter.
- This must be the only LeadShare Group in Arlington, Virginia that you are a part of. We want the leads to be exclusively passed within this group, so that multiple leads are not passed around.
- If a group member misses three meetings in a quarter or three meetings consecutively, they will be removed from the roster and their category will be re‐opened to a member on the waiting list.
- Group members are to be the sole representative from your company that participates in the meetings, however you may send one substitution per quarter. The goal is to develop personal relationships with the members of the group.
- Plan to keep track of the referrals you have earned through connections made in the group. While we won’t track dollars, it is good to know where the referrals are coming from.
- When joining the group, understand that referrals will come once members get to know you and are comfortable exchanging referrals with you. Be sure to make an effort to get to know every member in the LeadShare Group. Over time, as group members get to know everyone in the group and hear testimonials from them, referrals will grow.
