The prestigious evening ceremony includes a VIP reception for past winners, as well as inductions into the Arlington Business Hall of Fame. The Arlington Business Hall of Fame honors men and women with a connection to Arlington County who have demonstrated a long record of successful management, expertise and business skills, along with notable achievements and exceptional civic and community involvement.

The Business of the Year designation is awarded to the businesses that best meet the following qualifications:
1. Must be a viable, on-going, full-time business that has experienced significant growth or stability over its business life. Please indicate how your business meets this qualification.
2. Must be well known and thought of by its customers or clients for consistently delivering exceptional quality or service. Please indicate how your business meets this qualification.
3. Must be a leader in its industry in Arlington OR must have a significantly unique approach to delivery of its goods or services. Please indicate how your business meets this qualification.
4. Must have displayed an interest in and concern for the Arlington community - either corporately or through its owners and/or employees backed by the company. Please indicate how your business meets this qualification.
5. Must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion as part of the company culture.
