Members in the News Submissions:
The Arlington Chamber is interested in publishing
newsworthy items from all of its members. Send us
your press releases and it may end up in The
Arlingtonian’s “Members in the News” section.
View past issues of
The Arlingtonian.
Email your submissions and press releases to our
Publications Coordinator or call with any
questions at (703) 525-2400. Submissions are due by
the 1st of the month, for the following month’s
Arlingtonian. All submissions will be edited for
space and restricted to approximately 140 words. To
best avoid any undesired editing by the
Chamber, please limit submissions to no more than
140 words. Submissions will be placed on a first
come first serve basis, as space allows, but may be
given preeminence if the timeliness of an event
requires it.
Only news from active Arlington Chamber members will
be considered. “Members in the News” will not
include items solely possessing advertisement value
for a particular for-profit service or event but
will take into account other items which paint the
member in a ‘newsworthy’ light, such as great
accomplishments/awards, new service or product
lines, special guests, new hires, location changes,
etc. Free community events, however, are encouraged
to announce their event in advance.
