Directions to the Arlington Chamber of Commerce Office:

From the West: Take I-66 East to the 2^nd Lee Highway exit (Route 29 -- Spout Run) after entering Arlington.  At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Lee Highway and proceed to its intersection with North Veitch Street (Bergmann’s Laundry will be on the far left corner). Turn right onto Veitch and follow it until it makes a 90 degree turn to the left and becomes 15^th Street, North. Turn right at the next light onto Courthouse Road.  Go one block and turn left on 14^th Street, North. We are in the second building on your left (seven story yellow brick with blue panels – we’re on the first floor off the lobby).

From DC: Take Roosevelt Bridge (do not actually get on Route 66), staying in the center lane.  Follow the signs for Route 50. As you cross over the bridge heading towards Rte 50, the road splits into two: stay left towards Route 50. Exit (a right) at Courthouse Road. Go one block and turn right on 14^th Street, North. We are in the second building on your left (seven story yellow brick with blue panels – we’re on the first floor off the lobby).

From the South: Take I-395 North and take Exit 8A (Washington Boulevard/Columbia Pike/ 27 to 244).  Be careful; if you take 8B it may be months before anyone finds you.  Continue on Washington Boulevard and take the Route 50 East exit. Once on Route 50 (Arlington Boulevard), go through the first light and then get in the far left lane in preparation for the first left exit onto Courthouse Road. There is a Quality Hotel on the left and the exit is a sharp left turn. Go down the ramp and then bear left onto Courthouse. At the second light (top of the hill), turn right onto 14^th Street, North (Ragtime Restaurant Grill on the near right corner). We are in the second building on your left (seven story yellow brick with blue panels – we’re on the first floor off the lobby).

From Washington DC: Cross into Virginia via Key Bridge getting into the right lane.  At the end of the bridge, take a right onto the first ramp – it leads down to the GW Parkway North.  Stay in the leftmost lane. Bear left onto Spout Run Parkway.  At the second traffic light, turn left onto Lee Highway (US 29) and proceed to its intersection with North Veitch Street (Bergmann’s Laundry will be on the far left corner). Turn right onto Veitch and follow it until it makes a 90 degree turn to the left and becomes 15^th Street, North.  Turn right at the next light onto Courthouse Road.  Go one block and turn left on 14^th Street, North. We are in the second building on your left (seven story yellow brick with blue panels – we’re on the first floor off the lobby).

From Anywhere Else: Get onto I-66, I-395, or Key Bridge and use the appropriate instructions, above.

Parking:

The parking lot behind the Chamber office building is no longer in service. Parking options include:

Meters: There is metered parking in front of the building on 14th Street and the streets around the Chamber, North Taft Street, North Veitch Street and North Courthouse Road. There is also metered parking in the County’s surface lot at Courthouse Plaza (entrances on 14^th and 15^th streets).

 Parking Garages:

• One Courthouse Metro, 2200 Wilson Boulevard
• 1515 North Court House Road
• Arlington Plaza (old SRA building), 2000 North 15th Street
• Courthouse Place, 2000 14 Street (entrance on Taft Street)

*Make sure to put enough money in the street meters as the “meter corps” is headquartered about 100 feet away, is diligent, and is not forgiving.
