Community Calendar Instructions

  • Log on to the Members Only section
  • If you do not have your ID and password, please contact the Chamber office at chamber@arlingtonchamber.org or 703.525.2400.
  • Scroll down to "Click here to add your event to the community calendar"
  • Agree to the Terms of Agreement
  • Add your event by filling out all pertinent information.
  • Save your event.
  • For events longer than 1 week in duration post the event individually once per week or per month – for example post on every Monday for each week the event lasts (or on a specific start day each month).
  • The event will be sent to the Chamber for approval.  Once approved your event will be on our Community Calendar.  The process takes less than two business days
