Website Opportunities

Website Sponsorship - The Chamber’s website provides services and information for Arlington’s visitors, residents and the business community. It includes a searchable directory, calendars, coupons, Chamber archives and news for the entire Arlington community. Through the website, you not only reach the Chamber’s growing membership, but also the many non-members who visit the site and use the Chamber as a resource. Coupons - Have great deals to share with other Chamber members and Arlington residents? Gain visibility for your organization online while driving more business to your site in the Chamber’s website coupon section. Post a coupon.

Community Calendar - Have an upcoming event to promote? Take advantage of the Chamber’s Community Calendar as a great way for your company’s event to reach not only Chamber members, but the number of Arlington residents and visitors who visit the Chamber’s website. This is a great opportunity to advertise events such as grand openings, fundraisers, galas, volunteer events, networking events and more. Add an event.

Print  Advertisements

The Arlingtonian is the Chamber’s monthly print newsletter featuring Chamber news and events, as well as information on key issues, initiatives and happenings in and around Arlington. Below are the ways you can promote your organization through this influential publication.

Inserts - Inserts can be printed on any color 8.5”x11” paper with any color ink and can be one or two sided. Because our members can easily hold on to your insert, this is a great way to incorporate coupons, registration sheets and more. For more information, contact the Communications Coordinator.

Ads – Advertisements are available in a variety of sizes, and can be purchased month to month or in advance for multiple months. For more information, contact the Communications Coordinator.

Members in the News - Make sure your business’ newsworthy happenings are noticed! The Arlingtonian’s “Members in the News” section displays newsworthy items submitted by our members. By submitting your news, you garner free news coverage that will reach community and chamber members alike. To be included in The Arlingtonian, submit your press release of 130 words or less by the first of the month prior to publication (i.e. submit by May 1 to be in the June edition) to the Communications Coordinator.

E-Newsletter Sponsorships

The Chamber’s e-newsletter sponsorships are a great way to get your company’s name delivered straight to the inboxes of our entire membership. An e-newsletter sponsorship is a yearly sponsorship that allows you to place your company’s logo at the top of one of our two electronic newsletters, sent to over 1,750 Chamber members who are leaders in the Arlington business community. Your banner ad will include a clickable link to your website. To secure one of the e-newsletter sponsorships, contact the Communications Coordinator.

Chamber Events - The Chamber holds a variety of events and programs throughout the year, ranging in size and content. These events offer members the opportunity to gain valuable exposure and community recognition. By sponsoring an event, your company’s name and logo will appear on all promotional material related to the event, which will be visible to the Chamber’s entire membership. For each event, there are a variety of sponsorship levels, making sponsorships available for any business with any budget size. Chamber Display - The Chamber’s office receives visits from a wide variety of businesspeople involved with and living in the Arlington community. Numerous meetings are held in the Chamber’s board room, as well, causing the office to receive heavy foot traffic. The Chamber Display allows you to purchase a pocket in the Chamber lobby to display your brochure or flyer for an entire year. The contents of your pocket can be changed throughout the year as often as you wish. For more information, contact the Member Services Administrator.

Chamber Member Mailing Labels - Promote your business to other Chamber members by purchasing a package of mailing labels, which includes contact information for approximately 700 main representatives from local companies/organizations. Chamber Welcome Packet - Relocation packets are mailed to more than 500 potential new residents of our region every year. Packets include real estate information, utilities and demographics; as well as cultural, recreational and education opportunities. The Chamber offers its members the opportunity to include information in these packets, providing you the chance to introduce yourself to potential future residents of Arlington before they move in.
